How Much Does It Cost to File Bankruptcy?

What Will Bankruptcy Cost?

One of the most pressing questions that people who are facing bankruptcy have involves the cost. And it is not surprising. Many bankruptcy law firms do not disclose their costs, because they charge too much for their services, and because they have many fees and costs that they do not want to disclose up front.

At Walton Legal Services, we do things differently. Our attorneys want you to know up front exactly what it will cost you. Our prices are very reasonable, and we do not have any hidden fees or costs. At a time when you need all the financial help you can get, we do not want our legal services to drain you of whatever benefit you will receive from bankruptcy.
